Question for today? What animal are you? This has been going around for centuries. Horoscopes, Tarot Card Reading, Crystal Balls, Predictions, and Forecasts. Though valid in their own right, when incorporated to a business practice, it may turn off some people. If forecasting was likened to picking up a lunar chart and matching every employee's personality with their animal counterparts, does it align with asking everyone to take a Jung-like personality assessment and basing all relationships with that person on the results?
